  • Steam (Valve Corporation): We collect your Steam ID (SteamID64), community nickname (persona name), and your avatar URL using the Steam Web API. We do not receive or store your Steam login credentials.
  • Discord (Discord Inc.): We collect your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL to link your forum identity with your Discord presence.
  • Google (Google LLC): We collect your email address, full name, and avatar image to support native credentials-free account setup.

  • Service Delivery: To operate, moderate, and maintain the forum portal, authenticate your sessions, and render personalized profile decorations.

  • Complete Anonymisation: All retained posts, threads, and comments will be permanently anonymised. The author identity fields will be reassigned to a generic user marker, such as [Deleted User], entirely removing any connection to your personal identity.

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data:

  • All passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms before persistence.
  • All API connections, auth handshakes, and database links are encrypted in transit using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS).
  • We restrict database access to authorized administrative personnel only.
